ABSTRACT SUBMISSION IS OVER!
Important! Only registered and paid participants' abstracts will be evaluated.
The registration will be confirmed by email after we receive the payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice are strongly recommended to contact the Forum Secretariat, AIM Group Baltic.
ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
· Abstract can only be submitted online. To register and submit an abstract, press HERE.
· Abstracts must be typed in English
· The deadline for abstract submission is midnight Central European Time on 15th May, 2010. Abstracts will not be accepted after this date.
· TITLE: should be entered in the "Title" field (not as a part of the abstract) and should contain no more than 20 words or 70 characters including spaces. Capitalize the entire title. Spell out words. Do not use abbreviations
· TEXT: Abstract text should be entered in the "Abstract Body" field and should contain no more than 300 words. In order to make the abstract as informative as possible, please include: purpose, methods, results, conclusion, acknowledgements (if appropriate), references (if appropriate).
· Single space all text. Do not leave blank lines. Use standard abbreviations. Place a special or unusual abbreviation in parenthesis after the full word the first time it appears. Write numbers as numerals rather than words.
· Please avoid references. However, if references are used, please, include only if absolutely necessary, indicating where they come in text with a superscript number. List of all authors, include abbreviated form of journal title, and always provide volume and page numbers.
· One delegate can be a presenting author for unlimited number of abstracts.
· Abstracts must be in comprehensible English and must conform to the guidelines or they will not be accepted.
· It is the author‘s responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author. Changes to abstract can only be accepted until the deadline sending ones to Congress Secretariat by e-mail: info@fob2010.com.
· Only registered and paid participants' abstracts will be evaluated.
Acknowledgement of receipt of your submission will be returned to your e-mail address immediately upon submission. If you do not receive the e-mail, your submission was not completed and your abstract needs to be re-submitted.
Please note, that acknowledgement of receipt of your abstract submission does not mean that your abstract is accepted by the Scientific and Organizing Committees of the Forum.
NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION
Notiļ¬cation of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the corresponding author after 3rd of July 2010. Please note that only the corresponding author will receive information concerning the abstract. Contact Forum Secretariat if you have not received your notification e-mail.
